Checking the Status of Your Order
AFTER your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you within 24-48 hours (1-2 Business Days). You will receive a confirmation email, which will include an IlluminareCosmetics.com order number. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order at anytime, please e-mail us at salesinfo@illuminarecosmetics.com.

Domestic Shipping Rates (FedEx Ground / FedEx Express)
FedEx Express Orders received by 11:00 AM PST/PDT will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 11:00 AM PST/PDT will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. All rates are for Business Day delivery,
Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.

Deliveries to Alaska & Hawaii
Under $100 will Ship US Priority Mail
Over $100 require at least FedEx 2nd Day.

International Shipping
For the rest of the world we ship US Postal Int'l Mail for orders under $75 or USPS Postal Express Mail (EMS)/FedEx Int'l Economy for any order. Any duties, taxes or handling charges are the responsibility of the customer/recipient.

Delivery Time
We make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible. However, there are conditions which may cause delays.

• Credit Card Approval: AFTER your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you within 24-48 hours. Inconsistent credit card, billing and/or shipping information may delay your order.

• Cutoff Time: Orders received after 11:00 AM PST/PDT will be processed the next business day.

• FedEx Ground Service: Delivery to some destinations may take up to seven business days. Generally, most metropolitan areas should receive delivery within four to five business days.

• International postal orders can take 1-3 weeks for Canada and 3-6 weeks for the rest of the world. Usually clearing customs is the cause of most delays.

• FedEx will usually require a signature for delivery.  If you do not plan to have someone available, then please indicate no signature required in the comments section during checkout. You are now releasing liability for a lost package.  We suggest shipping to your work address for security.
