Checking the Status of Your Order
AFTER your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you within 24-48 hours (1-2 Business Days). You will receive a confirmation email, which will include an IlluminareCosmetics.com order number. Orders received by 12:00 PM PST/PDT will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM PST/PDT will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. All rates are for Business Day delivery,

*Standard Shipping Rates. All orders under $75 may be shipped US Mail or FedEx and those over $75 will be shipped FedEx Ground or any FedEx Express shipping selected. Delivery time may vary depending upon your geographical location and/or order processing date. Orders requesting shipment to the East Coast are delivered usually within five to seven business days. Please note that FedEx Ground is available in the 48 contiguous states ONLY.
NOTE: FedEx can not deliver to PO Box or APO addresses.

International Shipping
For the rest of the world we ship US Postal Int'l Mail for orders under $75 or USPS Postal Global Priority Mail/FedEx Int'l Economy for any order. Any duties, taxes or handling charges are the responsibility of the customer/recipient.

Delivery Time
We make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible. However, there are conditions which may cause delays.

  • Credit Card Approval: AFTER your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you within 24-48 hours. Inconsistent credit card, billing and/or shipping information may delay your order.

  • Cutoff Time: Orders received after 12:00 PM PST/PDT will be processed the next business day.

  • FedEx Ground Service: Delivery to some destinations may take up to seven business days. Generally, most metropolitan areas should receive delivery within four to five business days.

  • FedEx will usually require a signature for delivery.  If you do not plan to have someone available, then please indicate no signature required in the comments section during checkout. You are now releasing liability for a lost package.  We suggest shipping to your work address for security.
